Drilling works have been commenced in Teningen on August 27, 2019.
That was a start of construction of the residential compound ideally suitable for the people who are accustomed to plan their life well before while preserving a high level of comfort.
The compound is located in the south-east of Germany, in about 15 km north-west of Freiburg im Brisgau, between Kaiserstuhl and Schwarzwald.
Two 5-floor buildings are interconnected by an underground parking. Each building will have 19 barrier-free apartments.
The compound is absolutely inclusive, which is by no means unimportant for the people with impaired mobility and aged people. The project provides for extended passages and doorways. The rooms are spacious so as to allow of moving in wheelchairs. Bathrooms are designed with due account of these factors – their area is 1.2 x 1.2 m and they have no threshold.
All residents of the compound will enjoy a possibility to come out into a balcony and freely visit a roof terrace where they can command a lovely view.
The enclosed court of the compound is improved; there is a café nearby offering rest and communication.
The building and the entire area are fully supervised by a caretaker. If the desire exists, the dwellers may get additional services at extra charge.
